FYI: I was convicted of rape by a mere phone call. In the State Of Oregon, DNA evidence is NOT required. A hospital report is NOT required. The alledged victom does not even need to know the day or month. They are given a 3 month window and it could go back up to 6 years. That's all it takes to convict a man of rape.
