To all my loyal friends;
I would like to ask you to observe a moment of reflection for the Simmons family in thier time of grief. Thier son my lawyer CHARLES SIMMONS was killed in a terrible car accident on Sept 30 2009. My parents attended his memmorial and met with them. It was obvious that Charles was loved and will be greatly missed by all. I would like to share wilh you my farwell letter to Charles, MY FRIEND, MY BROTHER and MY LAWYER; I miss him deeply.
Dear Charles,
Why? I ask myself this daily , wondering why God would take such a great man. I have to believe that God knows the reason why , and you are in a better place now.
You where not just an awesome lawyer , you where my best friend, my guardian angle. You watched over me as if to protect me from all the unknown, and evil in this world. You lead me away from all the pain in my life. You showed me true compassion in real life form. You showed me truth about life, and what it ment to do something you loved to do. I will never forget you, nor the man you stood for , so proudly. You will always be with me in spirit , no matter where I go. I will always cherish our friendship, and hold it very close to my heart. Never will I forget what we shared together. You believed in me when others didn't. You walked with me when ohers walked away, out of my life. You loved me as a brother, as I loved you the very same way. My freedom , you fought so hard to win for me. Brings me a new day, one where you wanted to see me succeed, and prosper. I saw the pure good in your eyes when I had doubts about ever finding that in my life.
Many people try to say they have loyalty, honor, and integrity in them, yet only a few really stand for those qualities, in thier life. You CHARLES stood for all 3 of those proudly and did not allow anyone to take those from you. We shall never doubt that till the end of tme.
